Adapted Sequential Phonics SMART Board Lessons 31-35
Hello to all! Summer has begun and I've been offline for a while to finish up on some EOY moving and facilitate Word Study training with my friend Whitney! I can't tell you how much fun we had sharing the new information regarding word study with the FANTASTIC teachers we work with in our district. As promised, I have adapted the lessons from Patricia Cunningham's Sequential Phonics book. Our district has purchased this book for ALL of the teachers that will teach reading/LA next year (yeah!!!). Our first unit of study is COMPOUND words (Lessons 31-35)! I've included a word bank and the letter strips you can print to use with your students. Also, the SB lesson includes the making words, sort, transfer, and word wall activities!
