Cheez-It Math-New and Improved!

So, I created my original Cheez-It math activity in 1999...yes, I've been teaching that long :) and LOVE this activity! Students can record each activity in their math notebooks OR the student activity pages provided. There are TONS of opportunities for students to interact, discuss, and work together! Students will practice finding area, perimeter, making predictions and even word study!

This download contains vocabulary related to oviparous animals. I used this with 1st and 2nd grade when we incubated chicken, duck, and/or emu eggs (sooo cool!!!).
You could print out 4-6 per page to make "mini-posters" for science journals. You could print them and place them in a workstation, create a big book or just as posters on your wall.
